Did you know that your body is always adapting to it's environment. This means if you put your body in the same position all day it will start moulding to that position. Like this guy, who put his arm up in the name of Jesus for 40 years... now he can't put it down. This is what our body does... IT ADAPTS!

This is the same principal behind the good old hunch back. You know when you see old people with a walking frame, hunched over hobbling along... It's because they didn't move when they had the chance! You need to move your spine and muscles to keep them mobile and free.

Many people I meet think they’re not stressed and they tell me they can handle the work but they complain that their efforts in the gym and eating well have no effect on improving body composition. 

Stress increases stress hormones and kicks them into overdrive causing you body to literally break down in order to supply more energy to the big bad scary thing you are trying to fight. You cannot fiction optimally let alone lose body fat when in this position.

Once upon a time it was a lion chasing down you and your family… These days it's a big scary deadline or fear or judgment and failure breathing down your neck.

So recently I've been banging on about audiobooks... why? 'cos there freaking awesome!

If you're time poor, audiobooks will be superior to reading. You can team up activities such as cardio, driving, catching public transport, taking a shower etc, with listening to audiobooks. You can also get through them much faster than a book. I speed the reading up by 1.25x, which cuts time by 25% without distortion.
