So recently I've been banging on about audiobooks... why? 'cos there freaking awesome!
If you're time poor, audiobooks will be superior to reading. You can team up activities such as cardio, driving, catching public transport, taking a shower etc, with listening to audiobooks. You can also get through them much faster than a book. I speed the reading up by 1.25x, which cuts time by 25% without distortion.
