For years I've been working with clients who struggle to really get it right when it comes to nutrition and training.  


During 2013 I discovered 'flexible dieting', which took me to place 5th in the world championships (bikini division) without a coach of my own!


Since then i've been using this practice to coach my clients to drop body fat and gain muscle consistently! So I wrote a guide! I wanted to be able to share with the world what I know about this amazing way of eating!
